Scheduling Assistant AI has a simple integration process that work with both commerical VOIP and traditional Phone systems as well as cell phones. Each method requires a different process of deployment, but both are equally simple. Ready set go!
3-Step Set-up Process
1. Scheduling Assistant AI Creates A Forwarding Number
Scheduling Assistant AI creates a unique number for you that you can use to forward Missed and after hours calls.
2. Log into you Phone System Set-up Call-Forwarding oN No Answer
You need to access the setting of your phone system and navigate to Sequential Ring or Call Forwarding on No Answer. Then set the duration to 20-30 seconds/4-6 rings and Save.
3. Next, Create Time-Based Routing and set you business hours
While you’re in your Phone System admin settings go to “Business Hours” or “Time-Based Routing”. Define you busines hours then Enter the Forwarding number. Save
