Who IS Scheduling Assistant AI?
Our orgin story was one born in necessity. Much like many businesses, our parent company HeyDay Digital Media had a major downturn through Covid and beyond. We were forced to layoff most of the team. To compensate, we leaned into Task Automation to maintain production, and we became experts in the space. Then Late November 2022 came and AI was ushered in with ChatGPT.
We immediately dug-in and started incorporating AI into every part of our Automations. Technology has continued to expand at a blistering pace, and is now at a place where AI Agents can not only match, but EXCEED the capabilities of most small and medium-sized administrative teams. Simultaneously, as more-and-more AI LLMs have been created, costs have come down to the point where this technology is available for ANY BUSINESS.
It is from this convergence of capability and affordability where Scheduling Assistant AI was born.
